Do you hate exercise? Yes? Well, It’s ok, you’re not alone. I’m right there with you.

Most of us have added some poundage during the Rona. Myself included.

I first ran across keto supplements while watching “The Joe Rogan Experience.” “Yes, I’m a fan.” The idea that this pill works differently (no caffeine)than traditional diet pills got my attention.

The pill is advertised to burn fat rather than carbohydrates (sugar). Meaning, your body thinks you exercised! How wonderful is that?

White carbs, as I call them, have been my downfall my entire life. I love them, I crave them and I want to keep them. I’m guessing I’m not alone in this. But the day comes for us all when we must compromise.

March of 2020, I was diagnosed with Type Two Diabetes while on a video office visit with my doctor. Damn blood work!

My Reaction

My mind began to race. Could I accept the needles if it came to that? Did I want to be in this situation and was there anything I could do about it? Could I accept the responsibility that my love of carbs had brought me here?
